Corrections Professionals United of Washington State is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) professional organization dedicated to improving public safety and promoting professional conduct and services within the various facilities where we all work and live. We work first and foremost to ensure we are compensated fairly if and when we reach a point where we can retire from the life sentence we are all serving our communities, working literally with and around our society's worst members on a daily basis to keep everyone safe and secure. We promote legislation and legislators that support our goal of creating and sustaining a fair retirement system that is funded responsibly and not subject to use as a fianancial tool for just about anything other than what it is intended for.

Corrections Professionals United of Washington State is supported by Corrections Professionals at all levels of our profession that come in contact with inmates and those who support us.
